Strawberry Banana Cream Dessert

Ingredients:

  • 2 boxes of vanilla wafers
  • 6 to 8 bananas, sliced
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 container of fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1 (5 oz.) box of French vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 (8 oz.) package of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 oz.) can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (12 oz.) container of frozen whipped topping (thawed), or an equal amount of sweetened whipped cream

Instructions:

  1. Line the bottom of a 13×9 inch dish with one box of vanilla wafers. Add a layer of sliced bananas on top.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the milk and pudding mix. Blend using a hand mixer until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese with the sweetened condensed milk until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  4. Gently fold the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  5. Add the cream cheese mixture to the pudding mixture and stir until everything is well blended.
  6. Pour the mixture evenly over the layer of cookies and bananas. Sprinkle the chopped strawberries on top.
  7. Add a final layer of vanilla wafers over the top.
  8. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
