π§ 1/3 cup melted butter

For the Topping:
π¬ 1/2 cup sugar
π« 1/2 cup brown sugar
π« 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
π§ 1 1/2 cups hot water
π©βπ³ Directions:
1οΈβ£ Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Lightly grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
2οΈβ£ In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
3οΈβ£ Stir in milk, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth. Pour batter into the prepared dish.
4οΈβ£ In a separate bowl, mix white sugar, brown sugar, and cocoa powder. Sprinkle evenly over the batter (donβt stir!).
5οΈβ£ Carefully pour hot water over the top β again, do NOT stir.
6οΈβ£ Bake for 35β40 minutes, or until the top is set and a fudgy sauce is bubbling underneath.
7οΈβ£ Let sit for 5β10 minutes before serving.
