🥢 Onion Beef Fried Rice 😍😋❣️
A sizzling skillet full of comfort—savory, satisfying, and ready in minutes!
🍂 Ingredients:
3 cups cooked rice (cold, day-old works best)
1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, etc.)
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
Salt & pepper to taste
Vegetable oil (for frying)
🍂 Instructions:
Prep the Rice:
Use cold, day-old rice to avoid clumping and get that perfect fried texture.
Cook the Beef:
Heat oil in a large skillet or wok. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
Add Aromatics:
Stir in chopped onion and garlic. Cook until fragrant and softened.
Toss in Veggies:
Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry until tender-crisp.
Combine with Rice:
Add cooked rice and mix well with the beef and veggies.
Season it Up:
Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir to coat evenly. Adjust salt & pepper to taste.
Serve Hot:
Garnish with green onions or cilantro if desired. Dig in!
- 🍽️ Quick Tip:
Use a hot pan and don’t overcrowd it—this keeps your fried rice from getting soggy!
