Ingredients
12 breakfast sausage links (pork, chicken, or turkey)
4 large eggs, lightly beaten
¼ cup milk (for fluffy eggs)
1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough (or puff pastry, cut into strips)
1 cup shredded cheese (optional, cheddar works great)
Butter or nonstick spray for cooking
Instructions
- Cook the Sausages
In a skillet, cook sausage links until browned and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
- Scramble the Eggs
Whisk eggs with milk. Cook in a lightly greased skillet until fluffy but not overdone. Remove from heat.
- Assemble
Roll out crescent roll dough. Place a small spoonful of scrambled eggs, a bit of shredded cheese (if using), and one sausage link on each triangle.
Roll the dough around the filling, starting from the wide end.
- Bake
Place rolls seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve
Serve warm with maple syrup for dipping (optional).
✨ Tip: You can make these ahead of time and reheat them in the oven or air fryer for quick breakfasts!
Would you like me to also write a make-ahead freezer version so you can meal prep these?
